Geocache Description:


Alameda Creek Levee is one of my favorite running locations in my hometown. You can access the cache from a close residential neighborhood, but I recommend the flat 0.7 mile walk or run or bike ride on dirt from Isherwood staging area N37 34.349, W122 00.820 on the dirt trail side, but at the cache location you can cross over the Alameda creek if you came up the other side. Lots of other caches in the area if you take the levee. Lots of muggles so I recommend an early morning run. Cache is NOT below bridge. Cache is less than 3 ft from the legal trail ... not IN the bushes. Terrain is high, because bushed are overgrowing the area, but still can be reached.
