Kerswell Down Hill as it is marked
on the OS map, is also called Kingskerswell Down.
The Priory in the title is St
Augustine's Priory - Abbotskerswell and can be seen on the other
side of the valley.
This used to be a priory for nuns of
the Canonesses Regular of the Lateran. In 1983 the buildings were

The cache is a small "small" or
large "micro" click-n-lock style box hidden close to the viewpoint
bench with room for some small swaps and
GeoCoins.
The GPSr reception isn't too
brilliant near the cache site, so you may need the clue and a
compass.
