I really enjoy touring
California on my motorcycle, especially up in Northern California.
I cannot imagine anywhere else that has the same combination of
beauty and variety as California.
So far, I am guessing
that I rode more than 20,000 miles throughout California in the
past four years. I also believe that I've only begun to scratch the
surface on what there is to see
here.
Of course, everybody has
heard about the scenic spots such as Yosemite, The Sequoias, The
Redwoods and Lake Tahoe, just to name a few. There are many other
less known places worth mentioning. My personal favorite is
Ebbett's Pass, hence the "4" in my geocaching name. Another
favorite of mine is Lassen Volcanic National Park.
This picture is taken on
highway 36 in Red Bluff, Ca. This highway is motorcycling bliss.
140 fun miles that goes west to the Pacific Ocean.
I could go on and on about all the great spots to take a motorcycle
but there is not enough room on this page. I will, however list a
few more places to take a motorcycle...
