Placed to fulfill the requirements of New Hampshire Monopoly Challenge (GC16G6T) by nemsmedic11

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE TBs IN THIS CACHE!!!
2 geocoins have gone missing from here.

We found this spot a week or so ago and knew we just HAD to place a cache here. We hadn't been down this way for a while and were amazed at the little "park" that had appeared. Great cache for the kids!

PLEASE BE CAREFUL CROSSING THE STREET FROM THE PARKING!!! Please note the hours for parking in the parking waypoint below.

Our accuracy when placing (in the rain) was 23 ft. so the hint should be a spoiler. Any help with better coordinates would be greatly appreciated.
