This cache was placed to fulfill the requirements for the 50 States Geocache Series (GC15PV8) placed by Want2bemore.
We selected New York because that is where our two grandsons live. This cache was place near a recreational area because almost every time we visit our grandsons in upper state New York, it seems that we end up at a recreational area for a baseball game, soccer game or lacrosse game.
There is ample parking nearby.
