Geocache Description:

CONGRATULATIONS!!! GREYSTONES GO FOR 500!

It’s hard to miss the fact that the Greystones are close to the 500 finds milestone (498 as of today). We cache in many of the same places so we often see their logs and for the last week or so it has become evident that this milestone was imminent. Today we had to place this cache or else we would have missed this momentous occasion. So here it is. One quick side note: this milestone has been accomplished in less than a year. It is great to have caching neighbors (and friends) like you.

The parking area should not surprise the greystones; from all accounts they’ve been here numerous times. We had to walk further than we had planned but we found the PERFECT spot. Please watch for barbed wire. We didn’t see any near here (maybe because of the snow) but there is lots along this trail.
