Geocache Description:

This is a four part Multi-cache. All of the stages are on nice wide trails and should be easy to find. Stage one and two are flat. They should be a good warm-up for the rest of your search which requires a bit more effort.

This is one of our favorite hiking spots. Please let us know how we did on our first attempt at hiding a cache!
The coordinates above are for stage one. Parking can be found at N42 15.429 W072 09.478. A short walk will take you to the entrance located at N42 15.348 W072 09.385. Follow the cart road and stay to the left. If you have ever done the "what's up doc?" cache then this will be familiar. The road has puddles in the ruts which can be very deep and the culvert area floods sometimes after heavy rain or snow melt.
The coordinates for all of the stages are stamped on metal tags and are a few feet off of the trail.
There are many trails weaving throughout the area. Choosing the correct trail will make your search easier. When you finally find the cache simply continue on the trail and you will realize you have walked in a circle and are back on the cart path. We're not sure of the total distance but it should take about one hour round trip. Please try to rehide it well!
The initial cache contents include: dinosaurs, toy cars and motorcycles, silly putty, jingle bells, some crayons and a couple of travel bugs.
First to find gets a bright LED light.
Good luck and have fun.
