Niinistön
lintujärvi sijaitsee Kurikassa, Jurvan
rajalla. Sitä kutsutaan Pohjanmaan Lapiksi; ollessaan paljon
korkeammalla muuta pitäjää, lumipeite sataa sinne aina ennen kuin
muualle lähistölle. Alueella on 4 km pituinen suolenkki, joka
on varsinkin kesällä hieno kokemus joutsenineen ja muine
lintuineen. Järven rannassa on lintutorni ja hirsinen lato, joka on
yleisessä käytössä ja siellä on grillauspaikka. Välittömässä
läheisyydessä on Lions Clubin kota, joka on myöskin kaikkien
käytössä. Moottorikelkkareitistö kulkee Jurvaan ja Teuvalle
Loukajanvuorelle. Järvellä on talvisin hiihtoladut joita pitkin
pääsee mm. Pohjoiskylään.
Järven toisella puolella on Reinon tupa, joka toimii tilauksesta
ryhmille tarjoten erämaan elämyksiä savusaunasta suokylpyyn ja
–hiihtoon asti, Juha Miedon pitäjässä kun ollaan.
The bird
lake Niinistö is located in Kurikka, by the border
of Jurva. It’s called as Lapland of the Ostrobothnia because
of its location more higher as the rest of the county. It always
will be coated by snow earlier than the rest of the environment. In
the area there is a nature trail of 4 kilometers on the swamp.
It’s a very nice experience especially in summer time with
its swans and other birds. By the lake there is a tower for
observing birds and a timber barn, which is free for use. There is
also a grill. A hut of the local Lions Club is situated nearby,
also for free use. Routes for the motor sledges leads to Jurva and
to the Hill of Loukaja of Teuva. On the lake there are tracks for
skiing; following them you can get for example to Pohjoiskylä.
On the other side of the lake there is Reinon tupa, which offers wild
experiences as ordered for groups from chimneyless sauna to bath in
the swamp spring or skiing on the swamp. We really are in the
county of Juha Mieto!
