Geocache Description:

PT: Praia Barranco das Belharucas

O acesso recomendado até à praia é pedonal, quer pelo passeio, quer porque o caminho pode não estar em condições para a passagem de veículos. O trilho é sinuoso e percorre um barranco rasgado na arriba, onde a vegetação cresce de forma exuberante e frondosa.
Muitas aves aproveitam a zona de bosque e algumas escavam abrigos e ninhos nas paredes rochosas, é o caso dos coloridos abelharucos que baptizaram a praia.
O areal é amplo, sobretudo para nascente, estendendo-se até à Praia da Falésia.
Infraestruturas de Apoio: Estacionamento amplo, restaurantes, WC, e vigilância na época balnear.

ING: Beach Barranco of Belharucas

The recommended access to the beach is pedestrian, or by the tour, or because the path may not be able to accommodate vehicles. The trail is winding and travels in a barranco torn up, where vegetation grows so exuberant and frondosa.
Many birds use the area of forest and some escavam shelters and nests in the rock walls, is the case of colorful inhabitants abelharucos that the beach.
The sand is large, especially for spring, extending up to the Beach Creek.
Infrastructure Support: ample parking, restaurants, WC, and surveillance in the bathing season.
