Patience Mystery Cache
the hermit crabs: The time for this cache has come and gone. Notes regarding the cache location are indeed correct -- there were fallen trees in the GZ location, and the original hidey-hole of the cache has succumbed to nature. We have removed the container and are archiving the cache. We do like the approach from the trailhead - it allows parking on a side street rather than the more busy main road and gives a unique experience along the marked trail. Hopefully someone else will place a new cache along this trail so others can experience it. Thanks to those who have visited.

The cache is not at the posted coordinates. It's not in the
middle of the water (or ice). However, the trail does go over some
water and ice which may not be visible in snow, so be sure to stay
on the trail if you want to keep your feet dry.
We're already starting to get impatient for spring, so we decided
to create a cache that rewards patience, and discourages haste or
impatience.
