Another event in another pub in South Wales, who can argue with that?
We’re hosting this one in the hope of roping in as many volunteers and misadventurers as possible ready for the big cache bash in May.
Aside from wanting to see as many of you as can make it, we’d like to get together with any volunteers willing to help with the South Wales event in May at Clyne Farm (details to be published shortly), in order that we can make sure that we’ve got everything covered. Not to mention that we want to get the list together for those who want to get covered in mud! Yes, names and monies will be taken for those wishing to attempt the muddiest assault course on Sunday 4th May at the main event; the course takes around two hours; the amount payable for the course will depend on the number of people who sign up, but expect to it be in the region of £18 per person. Remember, only sign up if you want to, no one minds if you'd rather sit back and have a laugh at the state the rest of us get in, we're looking for volunteers, we're not a press gang.
The Angel Inn is a cosy family pub, but unfortunately because it is also a restaurant it doesn’t accept dogs. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and the food is good. We are going to be there from around 4:30 in the afternoon, and it being a pub, you can stay as long as you feel necessary.
Just found out - the Angel does not serve food after 2pm - sorry that wasn't made clear to us when we arranged the meeting.
