2010 SILVER HIDEY AWARD WINNER FOR OUTSTANDING TRADITIONAL CACHE!!

The Atlantic Wildfowl Heritage Museum is located inside the de Witt Cottage which was built in 1895. The de Witt Cottage is listed in the National Register of Historic Places and is Virginia Beach's oldest seaside cottage. Bernard P. Holland, Virginia Beach's first postmaster and mayor built the house as a year around home for his bride.

The Atlantic Wildfowl Heritage Museum is currently the home of the Back Bay Wildfowl Guild and hosts some of the most stunning wildfowl wood carvings around.

Monday-Closed
Tuesday-Saturday 10a.m.-5p.m.
Sunday - Noon until 5p.m.
