September 26, 2009 by Walkin' Ed (4259 found) I really wished I had read the previous logs before venturing out for this cache. The container is damaged and needs to be replaced and I had some new ones in the trunk of my car. Most of the contents were damp, but not soaked. It would be a shame if this cache were lost. Maybe someone local could help out. I found it quickly and replaced it as found. Thanks for bringing me here.

August 6, 2009 by childofatom (334 found) [#4 today. Definitely one of the older caches that I have found, happy to see these pioneering caches still in service. This one is a little rough for wear though, the lid to the container is pretty chipped up and broken, and the cache contained water and a large quantity of ants, which I didn't see until I pulled it out. Still, it was a great walk, a perfect day for hiking and/or caching and seeing the small cemetery was fun. I will say about the hints that saying] haqre n ebpx [in this location is like saying] haqre gur fxl![This entry was edited by childofatom on Monday, August 24, 2009 at 2:35:49 PM.] (decrypt)
