Habor Park, NorthEast End
This is a small cache with log only. No room for trade items. You can park near the cache, not on PCH. It will be a quick cache and dash. It is too easy, no hints. Enter the park from Vermont , just north of Thrive Drive which goes into Kaiser. Follow the park road north and you will be able to park right in front of the cache.
