People learn about garage sales through various ways. Some look in the newspaper, others find them on the web. Another is through the community kiosk. The first stage of this multi will lead you to the location of a "not a real garage sale" cache.
It's a small camo'd cache about a tenth of a mile from the first coordinates.
There was a FTF prize of an unregisterd geocoin.
