This cache uses one of the property cards from the ‘NH Monopoly Challenge' cache, GC16G6T, by Nemsmedic11. We picked Vermont Avenue because this is where we came from.
You will find a house (cellar hole) on the site so it will cost you $30 as per the price on the front of the Monopoly card to stop and visit. Just wait until we are able to buy a hotel for the site. That'll cost ya big money.
