The Terrain rating is due to the road that requires a 4x4 or a .4 mile hike uphill from the bottom near old Hwy 91. Cache isn't far from the concrete arrow. The concrete arrow is right near the edge between Quail Creek Resevoir West Overlook Cache and this one. If you can drive up the hill past the bad spot, then if you take the left fork you will be fairly close to the cache.
