Hunt for the gipsy Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

squalid: Funnily enough we were just talking about this cache yesterday. We have decided to archive the cache, as it's too hard to find a decent sized unmuggleable spot in this well cared for little park.

Geocache Description:

Gipsy Village was named for the fishing community occupying the coastline around Pic Nic Point in 1852, by land speculator Josiah M Holloway when he subdivided 80 acres in the then parish of Moorabbin. He offered 280 allotments for sale from ten pound each, and made a tidy profit in doing so.
The locality was renamed Sandringham in 1887. The local school was similarly renamed in 1890 after bearing the name Gipsy Village School since 1863.
The first waypoint takes you to a related laneway. (Do not drive down it as it's a dead end.) If you walk down the laneway you will notice a green sewerage installation vent. Note the # on the vent:
CHL ? - ?? S ie
CHL A - BC S

D = A - 1
E = B - A
F = D + E

Ground zero is a few streets away at: S37 AF.FBA
E145.CC.DBE

Note: this park is very open - if any children are playing in the playground you should try again later.

Also: please ensure that the cache container is closed properly before rehiding.
