A person called Takeshiro Nagayama is the person who did its best
for Hokkaido reclamation.
"Old Takeshiro Nagayama residence" is one's house which this person
built in Sapporo. There is the part of the wall where the part of
the wall where the south side is brown, the north side are white
when I go around around the circumference. In fact, the house of
Takeshiro Nagayama is a part of a brown wall of the south side. The
building of a white wall of the north side is a thing added much
later. Then I will enter towards genuine Takeshiro Nagayama's
house. There is a rare Western-style room for those days, and there
is a Japanese-style room. The toilet stool of the restroom is made
of trees. When they attached a new building, the bath and the
kitchen have disappeared. It is not that there "was not it because
it is an old house".

永山武四郎という人は、北海道開拓のために頑張ってくれた人です。「旧永山武四郎邸」は、この人が札幌に建てた自分の家です。周りをグルッと回ると、南側が茶色い壁の部分、北側が白い壁の部分があります。実は、永山武四郎の家は南側の茶色い壁の部分なのです。北側の白い壁の建物は、ずっと後で付け加えられたものなのです。それでは、本物の永山武四郎邸の方に入ってみましょう。当時にしては珍しい洋間があったり和室があったり。トイレの便器は、木で出来ています。お風呂と台所は新しい建物をくっつけるときになくなってしまったのです。「昔の家だからなかった」ということではありません。
