Located near Spring Pond in Franklin, MA. Starting near the office park's helipad is NOT recommended.
It would be great for a local to take over ownership of this nice site. We've moved to Virginia.
After a heavy rain, you may want to face the pond and head left. The water level floods the path on the right.
The cache is a 2 quart lock & lock with camo tape. There is a Silver Eisenhower Dollar in a leather box for the FTF.
Once you find the cache, you can either retrace or continue around the pond, though again, if the water is high, it'll get muddy towards the road.
