A nice long walk down this awesome rail trail! Since these trail series caches can tend to all look the same, I tried to place this in a nice scenic spot as Stephanie and I enjoyed the flowing water here!
I was torn about calling this one #13! It nearly claimed my leg when I post holed through the snow to my hip! My foot was literally stuck and I could not move my leg at all.
It took me about 5 minutes of digging in the snow to free my leg! I had visions of a spiral tibia fracture, or a torn ACL as my body was twisting and my foot was remaining in the same spot!
Thankfully I dug myself out and was out and going back down the trail in no time!
I hope everyone has better luck with #13 than I did!
