Chachen er flyttet til nye koordinater mens sygehuset ombygges, det forventes at være færdig i 2013

Thisted sygehus har af flere omgange gennem de sidste mange år, været truet af lukning. Den sidste redning blev lavet ved at lægge administrationen sammen for sygehusene i Thisted og Nykøbing Mors.
Alle lokale håber på, at der forsat kan være akut beredskab - meeen... det vil tiden jo vise.
