Multikätkö Jokiuoman puistossa, Martinlaaksossa (ja Louhelassa).
Multi-cache in Jokiuoma park, between town of Martinlaakso and town
of Louhela.
SUOMEKSI: Tämä neliosainen multikätkö vie sinut kävelylle Jokiuoman
puistoon, joka oli pajurytelikköä 80-luvun puoliväliin asti,
jolloin siitä muokattiin puisto. Nykyään Jokiuoman puisto on
melkoisen laaja alue, joka ulottuu Martinlaakson ja Louhelan
puolelle. Siellä onkin kaksi pientä leikkipuistoa, joissa
pikkukätköilijät voivat leikkiä, ankkalampi jolla voi ruokkia
ankkoja (oikeasti ne on sorsia :)) ympäri vuoden, minigolf-kenttä
(kentän näet Ukonkirveen koordinaateista) ja matonpesupaikka.
Loppukeväästä, koulun päättäjäisviikonloppuna, on puistossa
konsertti, jossa esiintyy rock -pop -ja hiphop-artisteja. Ja onpas
puistossa taideteoskin; Juha Mennan "Ukonkirves" on
ympäristöveistos puiston reunalla pikkuisen mäennyppylän rinteessä.
Sen materiaaleina on käytetty kenttäkiveystä, nurmikkoa, maakiveä
ja vaahteraa (?), ja se on toteutettu vuonna 1996, kun kaupunki
muokkasi alueen kokonaisilmettä ja puistoja.
Ensimmäisellä pisteellä voit parkkeerata geomobiilisi, jos
sellaisella olet liikenteessä, toinen piste puolestaan on
parinsadan metrin päässä edelliseltä pisteeltä. Kolmas taas on
enemmän itse puistossa ja neljäs ja viimeinen piste sijaitsee
puiston eri reunalla, Louhelantien lähellä (ei parkkeerausta).
Jokaiselle pisteelle pääsee myös helposti polkupyörällä.
Varothan ulkoilevia geojästejä! Laita purkki samoin päin piiloonsa
kuin sen otitkin! Purkin saa ulos piilostaan ja takaisin "oikeasta
reunasta", vain samassa asennossa kuin sen otitkin. Varo myöskin
koiran tiedät kyllä mitä viimeisellä pisteellä.
IN ENGLISH: This four-stop multi-cache takes you to a walk to
Jokiuoma park, which was willow brushwood until the middle of the
80's, when it was cultivated into a park. Now Jokiuoma park is
pretty large area, which reaches town of Martinlaakso and as well
town of Louhela. There is two little playgrounds, where little
cachers can play, a duck pond where you can feed ducks (in fact,
they're really mallards :)) around the year, minigolf (you can see
the minigolf place from the coordinates of "Ukonkirves") court and
a place where you can wash carpets. In the late spring, when the
school ends in Finland, there's a concert in the park, and some
rock -pop -and hip-hop artists are gonna show there. And there's
even art in the park too; Juha Menna's (a finnish artist)
"Ukonkirves" ("Man's Axe") is an earth work of art on the edge of
the park on the hillside of a little hill, and it has been carried
out in the year 1996, when city of Vantaa cultivated the appearance
and the parks of the area.
At the first stop you can park your geomobile if you are in the
move with it, the second stop is about 200 meters away from the
previous stop. Third stop is more in the in the park itself and the
fourth and the final stop is located at the other side of the park
again, near the street Louhelantie (no parking). You can get easily
to each spot with a bike.
Be sure to look out for geomuggles taking a walk! Put the container
same way back to its hideout as you took it from there! You can get
the container out from its hide and put it back from "the right
side", only in the same position as it was taken from there. Look
out for dogs' you-know-what too at the final stop.
