You are looking for a H-35 or Hanging 35mm canister.
This is the entrance to a new drive up camping area that as of
March 08 is not quiet finished. But keep your eyes open because it
should be open to the public in the very near future. Go ahead and
walk through the grounds if you'd like, you just can't drive in
there yet.
