There are 2 eyes on the platform. The one to the south can tell you who, where and when, but knows nothing of what you are looking for. The eye on the north end of the platform however also knows who,where and when in addition to being a neighbor to the cache. The cache is a few feet southwest of the north eye.
Tall buildings contribute to a lot of signal bounce.
Many many muggles.
Unfortunately I had to move this cache and it is now regrettably...
