River Edge Cache,2,3,Foster,RI
The Spencer Property was generously donated in 1999 to the Foster
Land Trust by Mrs. Spencer in memory of her husband, Dr. Spencer.
The cache is located less than a mile down the trail. The trails on
the Spencer Property are ideally suited to birding, hiking,
equestrian and other non-motorized recreational activities. The
trailhead and parking area is located off Old Danielson Pike (use
west approach as a bridge is out along the east approach) near East
Killingly Road. Keep right at the Teepee trail junction waypoint.
Then bear right at the River Edge Trail junction. There is one more
junction near the river. Please do not venture to the right of this
junction as it is private property just beyond the area.
