Small 80kW wind-generated electricity to take quality of Ishikari tailwater purification on. A name called KAZERUCHAN is pounding the windmill nearly the first.
The water of the thorn door (with a rose) river is usually discharged into the Ishikari River by a canal water gate, but I close a canal water gate to flow backward at the time of the flood from the Ishikari River, and it is discharged from Ishikari flood control channel into the Sea of Japan. On this account because the flow of the Ishikari flood control channel is always delayed, and the lack of the oxygen content of water or the decrease of the bottom creature occur, I install the air military ration facilities which send air into the riverbed of the flood control channel and improve the water. Wind-generated electricity facilities were established for the power of this air military ration facilities in 1997 to use this local strong wind in consideration for environment.
Existing, GE) company is made by German TACKE(, and the wind-generated electricity device installed along Ishikari flood control channel generates electricity in higher than wind velocity 2.5m / second, and it is it with the system that a change of 40kW and 80kW is possible to be able to generate electricity efficiently in a wide wind velocity domain. The driving situation comes by distant place monitor in Ishikari flood control channel control center and Ishikari River development Construction Department Sapporo river office and can stop a windmill by remote control at the time of the emergency.
The electricity that generated electricity is used at "the museum of the river" to add air military ration facilities for quality of Ishikari tailwater purification and Ishikari flood control channel control center.
There is the cash near the bridge where this windmill is seen.
