Tappy is a mascot of Higashiku,Sapporo.
There are the sporting houses of the jogging courses where this
park goes around the lawn open space that can be active freely
around a fountain open space, game open space TappyLand which
assumed mascot "tappy" of Higashi-ku a symbol, baseball field (for
rubber-ball software) 1, tennis court (rigid) 4, a park, and it is
it with a place of the activity of "sports and the interchange".

この公園は、噴水広場を中心に自由に活動できる芝生広場、東区のマスコット「タッピー」をシンボルとした遊戯広場タッピーランド、野球場（軟式・ソフト用）１面、テニスコート（硬式）４面、公園を周回するジョギングコース等のスポーツ施設があり、「スポーツと交流」の活動の場となっています。
