Cinco Ranch Song Series #9 - The Mavericks
Cinco Ranch Song Series
This series has two agendas...
First, to show a nice walk/bike trail in the west end of Cinco Ranch. This trail is new, and the vegetation is not fully grown, and there are some spots I have planned, I can't put out yet due to construction.
Second, to share some of my favorite songs.
For the most part, Houston radio stations don't play the music I listen to. I find most people who listen to these songs have a similar reaction... And that is: Hey, Where did you find this music, its great!
So this is my effort to share with as many people as possible.
The Mavericks: All you ever do is bring me down
I have several friend's who report that this is the song they had in their mind during their divorce. Its odd too, because this song has a very upbeat feel. Complete with accordian work from Flaco Jimenez, a local favorite.
