The posted coordinates will bring you to the first stage of this short three stage multi. I believe in using the right tool for the right job, so to open the cache you will need some tools. Once you have the first stage tool, you need to bring it with you to the second stage. At the second stage you will be looking for yet another tool. Take both tools with you to the final stage.
