Troop 333 is out and about again bringing you to exciting places to find our caches. Cache is placed along the South Yuba River Trail. Easy to find but a difficult trip in to the area .... hence the 4 terrain rating.
The Humbug trail from Malakoff Diggings is well marked but has many hazzards. Dirt trail with varing elevation changes, steep banks, rocks, tree roots and what Troop 333 cache wouldn't be complete without PO ... but there is none at the cache site. Many wonderful view along the trail, so bring your camera. Peaceful wooded areas, waterfalls and many scenic views. The trip down and back is 5.4 miles so come prepared.
Cache is a standard 30cal. ammo can. Contains Log sheets and trade items.
