Krypton: After re-reading the cache owners disable note the cache will be archived until replaced physically as making it a virtual cache is against the guidelines.
When the cache is physically replaced it can be unarchived as long as it meets the current guidelines.

A couple of years back someone asked the title question in the GBA forums. I actually had the same dilemma when I constructed my first caches. I wanted to reply to the forum thread, but then I decided I'd rather do a puzzle cache. And then things intervened and I never replied nor did the cache. Anyway here, belatedly, is the puzzle cache.

The cache is an in-theme object covered in cammo tape. Think "child-proof cap" when you try to open it. FTF prize is a Susan B. Anthony. Note that this is a small cache not a micro. Also note that if you aren't positive you are in the right place, you're in the wrong place.
Feel free to brute force this one. Also make sure you drop into the establishment. It's a fascinating place to browse.
