Leo Düppré, genannt „Borussen Leo“ war wohl der treueste und über die Grenzen hinaus bekannteste Fan von Borussia Neunkirchen.

Man kannte ihn in Neunkirchen vor allem, weil er an Spieltagen (und auch zu anderen Gelegenheiten) mit seinem Motorrad im Borussentrikot und mit Borussenfahne durch Neunkirchen fuhr.
Der wohl größte und optimistischte Fan von Borussia Neunkirchen starb am 08. März 1999 im Alter von 77 Jahren.

Eigentlich hatte er vor, zu leben, „... bis die Borussia wieder in die 2. Liga aufsteigt.“

Das war ihm leider nicht vergönnt.

Besucht seine „große Liebe“ bei N 49°20.241 E 7°10.707, von wo man noch einen der wenigen schönen Blicke auf das Stadion hat.

Für den Erstfinder liegt ein kleines Leckerli im Cache.
