Geocache Description:

A good chance to see some deer in the open on our most regular walk from Newland to Redbrook.

As you enter the field at N51°47.492 W002°39.827 you have a very good chance of coming across deer. I've seen them very close up many times here. Head across the field just to the right of the coordinates and you will find the stile. The path can be almost impossible to see at certain times of the year.

We were going to make this trail of caches follow our normal walk, but we realised that we would be chastised for ever more if we did as one route has a bit of a hill and the other is a fair few miles, so we've left the rest up to you.
If you like a longer walk and have a map I would recommend the circular walk via French Lane (by the school in Redbrook) or the longer Valley Brook route (up the steps marked Offa's Dyke Path) which is very beautiful indeed.
