Cache is found near two oaks along the yellow diamond trail
To get to the parking area, turn left off Prouty Road onto a dirt and unlabeled road (Brook Road). Follow for a mile and it will be on your left.parking coords 42-21-954 072-09 887. The cache box is a waterproof container covered with camouflage tape and tucked out of sight. The yellow diamond trail runs nearby the cache location. Once you find the cache enjoy hiking the rest of the Moose Brook Preserve and explore some of the other natural features, including a vernal pool, talus slope and side-hill seeps. Take the green diamond spur up the hill and come out on the extension of Ridge Road. Follow the Road down hill and turn right at the bottom to return to your car.
