Cache is located on a well used path, through woods, called the Parks, linking Porlock and Porlock Weir -approx 1.5 miles.
Parking opposite Ship Inns at Porlock OR Porlock Weir.
Not suitable for wheelchairs. Can get muddy. GPS OK
Which ever way you choose to approach this cache, Top Ship in Porlock, and Bottom Ship at Porlock Weir, offer perfect watering holes.
A return route can be taken along the beach -this would give you a different walk back to your car, with contrasting terrain and scenery.
If you do not fancy a 3 mile round trip you may like to use the open top bus which runs to and from the Weir, but please check the times.
(A quick, if steep, cache and grab can be made from W Porlock.)
From Porlock: Follow the toll road a short distance, path to Weir on right.
From Porlock Weir: Follow signs, along road to path through woods.
Cache is a white screwtop tupperware box.
Contains Log and various small items.
