The listed co-ordinates are bogus ones. Parking is available close to the cache, but not at it for the vast majority of us. When placed this was within 40 feet of Auburn's ground zero. In May of 2011 groundspeak changed how these are calculated and now this is over a mile from the new spot. C'est la vie.
You must find the co-ordinates for what is considered ground zero in the zip code for Auburn, MA. For the results on geocaching subtract 0.009 from the North coordinates and subtract 0.007 from the West ones. I have included a geochecker for you to use. For a faster check: the sum of the last three numbers in the N and W coordinates for the cache are: North = 15 and West= 15.
