This is a very easy-to-find location, with an access road that will bring you within feet of the cache.
Those familiar with the area may recognize the family name “Penniman” which is the namesake of this cache. Located not far from a road with a long history, this site lies along the original route of the road before it was redirected to make space for the town sheds.
The cache is in a locking plastic container, spray-painted camo green. Contents of cache as originally stocked:
