Geocache Description:

Another in the War Memorial series.

An unexpected place to find this memorial but the reason for its being here will be evident when you visit the site. On the back of the memorial can be found a plaque to the memory of the Very Rev Ronald Selby Wright, Founder Warden of the Boys’ Club.

The view to the west towards Barns Ness Lighthouse and the Bass Rock is particularly fine, especially if you can catch it on a fine day in the early morning with the sun behind you. (No prizes for guessing when I placed the cache!) The view to the east is less inspiring - unless you are a nuclear physicist.

The clue has been made quite specific to avoid damage to the memorial or its surroundings.
