Geocache Description:

A letterbox-hybrid cache hidden in the Navarino Nature area. DO NOT TAKE THE STAMP IN THE CACHE!!! This is a hunting area; be aware of the seasons.

The caches in the Navarino Wildlife Area are some of our favorites. We thought we'd add another "Walk" cache to the existing Bog Walk, Dike Walk, and Pond Walk caches that are already in the area.

This cache is hidden in a Bird Study Area of the Navarino Nature Center. A lot of the area is marsh and swamp, so we didn't take you too far into the area so that you can stay high and dry. More information on the Center is at http://www.navarino.org.

We're not the bird-watching type ourselves, but we're guessing this might be a good spot to go Trekkin' if you are. Otherwise, it's just a great area to be Wanderers while you get a little R&R.

Again, this is a hunting area, so it is best to avoid during gun deer season.
