Pikachu loves puzzles! Solve this one! Yipeee!!

For the umpteenth time, Ash looked down at the cryptic message he'd recently received from Professor Oak and scratched his head. It was supposed to reveal the exact coordinates of Team Rocket's secret hideout but, try as he might, he couldn't make any sense of it and time was running out. Team Rocket had been lying low for a while and could only be up to no good! Ash knew that if he was to thwart his rivals' undoubtedly sinister plans, and if he was ever to become a Master Pokemon trainer, he had absolutely no choice but to decipher the code and find Team Rocket's hideout!
