A short walk from the Visitors Information Centre to great views
Nestled into a rainforest environment, with great views of the
North Arm of the Gippsland Lakes, this walkway will take you up the
wooden hill to magnificent views across Lakes Entrance. It's a
shortcut used by locals to get from Kalimna to Lakes
Entrance.
This traditional cache, a 400ml sistema container in camo, was
placed here to encourage visitors to check out the scenery and is
easiest approached from the bottom. Fitter members really need to
walk to the top of the hill to catch the photo opportunities.
Park your car by the Visitors Information Centre, and its only a 5
minute walk to GZ. Don't forget your camera.
