Geocache Description:

A small cache near a major intersection of highways

This cache is hidden near the 580/238 interchange but is NOT on the freeway. It can be accessed from Foothill Blvd. between John Drive and 173rd Avenue. You will know you are close when you look up and see three lower-case letter Ts. These Ts can be seen from a good distance away, so get close and find a parking spot. There is a commuter pickup spot just below the Ts that will likely be full during business hours, but you might get lucky during off hours or weekends. Probably easier to look for a spot on a side street.

When I was little, I used to come out to Castro Valley from Oakland to visit my grandparents. I knew we were almost there when the three Ts came into view around the bend where 580 heads more east than south. Cache is not on church or other private property (don't go there!).

circular pen (do not take this, IT IS NOT SWAG)
lizard, frog and snake
stationery clip and luggage tag

Please replace natural camo so cache is not in plain sight!
