This is Vermont: St. George


This cache is part of the Vermont 251 Plus 4 Geocaching Club, an attempt to bring caches to each and every town, city and gore in the state of Vermont!

The Town of St. George was chartered in 1763 in honor of King George III, the then reigning monarch of England. Comprised of only 2,200 acres, St. George is geographically the smallest town in the State of Vermont. Located in Chittenden County, St. George is on the fringe of the greater Burlington metropolitan area.

To get to the cache make your way around the edge of the field from the parking coordinates to the trail head. Here you can pick up the VAST trail. The cache is a small container hidden a short distance away just off the trail.
