Part of the What in Sam Hill series.
Although this cache doesn't bring you to a terribly scenic portion of the county, it is an important one, and a pretty historic place for me personally. This is the location of my first arrest. So I thought it was fitting that it also be the location of my first cache.
The difficulty rating is only what it is due to the huge amount of traffic that pours through here every day. So stealth is a must!
