This cache is located in the wooded hiking area opposite Hilltop
Hanover Farm and requires a significant walk and a tricky bushwack.
Park in the small parking area next to the shed at the entrance to
the farm. Trails may be accessed even when the farm is closed.
Follow the the road up 100 feet to where a mowed path leads into
the trails. Follow the blue trail to where it splits, taking the
left fork over the bridge and behind the pond. The trail ascends
the major hilltop and then descends to an old wood road as it nears
the cache on another smaller hilltop. The laurel is very thick
along the crest, but a herd path can be found that leads one there
without too much trouble. Continue north along the unmarked wood
road for about 50 yards, looking for a break in the wall and an
opening in the brush on your right. If you find an orange ribbon,
you have found the start of the obscure herd path that leads up to
the hilltop and the nearby view.
