Geocache Description:

The shortest route may not be the easiest, there is an easier way. Hidden almost in plain site, depending on the time of year.

This park was aquired in 2000 with the assistance of DNR stewardship funds. The park consist of multi-purpose trails that run from the wetlands area at the lower end of the park through areas of oak savanna to the rock quarry at the summit of the bluff that overlooks portions of the city of Onalaska. The Greens Coulee Community Park is the central linkage of the Central Greenway System, connecting the eastern parts of the city to the west. So take a deep breath and start up the trail. Keeping in mind there are other caches up here, and the view is great. There is lots of wildlife up here.
