This is a different type of pill container (Maxalt).
It doesn't have any added cammo. The most difficult part will be muggles passing close by or using the cache site , it will be hard not to be seen. Also, please do bring a pen(cil). The difficulty level is due to high muggle levels.
Note, the cache is on the side of the road, so no crossing to the median is necessary.
