Geocache Description:

A small half-litre tub in a nylon camo-bag.

Cut Throat Lane is a little used road, not suitable for anything much larger than a Land Rover, that snakes its way down Linton Ridge from Aston Crews.

The name is supposedly named after it having a reputation for being the place where 'The Republic of the Lawless' took their wealthy traveller victims to relieve them of their riches, and lives.

The waypoints provide a 3.5 mile walk or bike ride (see Bikers Choice Waypoint) on tarmac from Linton (suggest The Alma) along Linton Ridge with excellent views of the Malverns and May Hill, down Cut Throat Lane to the cache and beyond, then cross country back to Linton.

WELL DONE walk tall, FTF!
