Enjoyed driving around the small roads looking to get as close as possible. Was finally stopped by a small bridge that we decided was to narrow for the car. A quick run to the top of the mountain soon had us looking with concern at all the trees that had been cut down. We were worried that the cache might be under all the cut trees and as the gps was not behaving we set about working our way down the slope. Fortunately the gps kept telling us that the cache was further down the slope. We eventually found the cache well below the cleared trees almost level with the start of the staircase which would have meant that we didn't have to climb the mountain. It was a great grey view anyway. TNLNSL
